can anyone recommend a day spa near Clayton, raleigh or Durham NC?

My sister lives in Clayton, NC which is about 30 min i think from Raleigh. This year for Christmas I was thinking of getting her a spa package. Can anyone recommend a great spa? I looked into Serenity Spa and Tan bc that is what was suggested by another person on here.
