Is one session of Microdermabrasion going to be effective or do I need to go more then once?

I am turning 42 on Saturday and bought a package through a local spa. The 1st treatment is Microdermabrasion. I am just wondering if one treatment will be effective.

2. I went 3 times before I even saw any results. I did find a great product to use at home . . . after one use people noticed. It's $60 for a 6 month supply . . . it's the BEST!! Let me know if you want more information. P.S. DON'T FORGET TO USE A GREAT SUNSCREEN or the results won't last!!
3. for best results, microderma needs 6 to 10 microdermabrasion sessions. you will see results after one session, but nothing too dramatic. home kits works as well and are less expensive.
