Procedure on Balneotherapy?

Can anyone please give me a procedure / steps of balneotherapy? And what are the materials needed and attire. :)

1. The belief that people can be cured of ills by bathing in water? Come on! You can't honestly believe that can you? Apart from feeling cleaner (and any placebo effect associated with it), it's really not going to do anything for people who are suffering from genuine illnesses.
2. Bathing in certain types of water can possibly be of benefit to some conditions. I cant tell you what materials are needed as usually it would involve something like going to a hot spring unless someone knows of a method that you could do at home to your bath into a mineral bath but i cant see this as being really possible.
